Due to the custom nature of software development and IT consultation services, payments for milestones delivered and approved are generally non-refundable.
We strive for 100% client satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with a specific milestone, we will work with you to address any concerns before proceeding to the next phase of development.
2. Software Licensing
For standard software licenses, you are entitled to a refund within 14 days of your purchase without giving any reason, provided:
- The software has not been activated using the provided license key.
- The software has not been extensively used or modified.
